What documentation will I need to tell Drummonds about a death?

Drummonds requires the following:

  • Full name and last known address of the deceased
  • Their NatWest account number and sort code

What happens next?

Once you have notified Drummonds of the death, they should freeze the account. Depending on the circumstances, they may send you a letter with the final balance and arrange for the account to be closed.
