What you need

The deceased’s:
  • Date of Death
  • Full name and usual address
  • Death certificate or interim death certificate (scan or photograph)
From you:
  • A piece of photographic ID, such as a passport of driving licence, to upload and verify your identity. (scan or photograph)

How to Register a Death with GnErgy

GnErgy allows you to notify them of a bereavement by:

    Calling the team on 01252 494141

    What information is required to tell GnErgy of a bereavement?

    Once you have informed them of the death, GnErgy will let you know what information and documentation they need.

    What Happens Next?

    Once notified, GnErgy will talk you through what the next steps are, and if they require any further information.
