You will need the following information on hand to report a death to Aviva Home Insurance:

  • The original death certificate
  • Policy Number
  • Type of Claim – A Death Claim
  • Name of the Deceased
  • Address of the Deceased
  • Date of Birth of the Deceased
  • Date of Death of the Deceased
  • Cause of Death (stated on the certificate)
  • And lastly, your personal details
