What you need
- Date of Death
- Full name and usual address
- Death certificate or interim death certificate (scan or photograph)
- A piece of photographic ID, such as a passport of driving licence, to upload and verify your identity. (scan or photograph)


How Do I Register a Death with O2 Mobile?
O2 Mobile asks that you inform them by:
O2 Bereavement Team, PO Box 202, Houghton Regis, LU6 9AG
What documentation will O2 Mobile require?
You will need to supply the mobile number and email address associated with the account.
You will also need to inform the customer services team whether or not it is a Pay Monthly or Pay As You Go account.
What happens next?
O2 Mobile should be in contact, to talk you through the next steps in their process.
